SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: September 5, 2024

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.

2. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage via the Click-N-Ship service.

• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

• Estimated Transit Time (After Processing): 3 – 5 Business Days

• Cost: Calculated at Checkout by Weight/Zone

Note: Final shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from USPS that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. International Shipping

At this time, LivLei Skin Inc. only ships within the United States.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• Damaged: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@livleiskin.com with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.

• Lost/Stolen: LivLei Skin Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. However, we will provide all necessary documentation to help you file a claim with the carrier.
